2.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated analyses are estimates and interpretations. The platform does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or absence of bias. Users remain responsible for interpretation.

2.3 Deleted and Retracted Content

Deleted or retracted posts may remain visible on the Service for analytical, historical, research, and audit purposes.

• •AgoraLens does not assert intent, wrongdoing, or the reason for deletion.

2.4 Data Sources and Platform Dependence

AgoraLens relies on third-party platforms and APIs. We do not guarantee data availability, completeness, or freshness.

Displayed content may differ from source platforms at any time. Platform independence includes no control over upstream deletions, modifications, or availability changes.

The Service:

3. User Accounts

• •republish deleted or retracted content as "current" or "live";
• •use the service for automated targeting, intimidation, or harassment;
• •interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Data Usage and Analytics Limitations

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed.

By using AgoraLens, you acknowledge that:

• •results are interpretive signals, not determinations,

6.1 Exports, Screenshots, and Reports

Allowed exports (including but not limited to PDFs, screenshots, and reports) remain subject to these Terms of Service.

• •Deleted content included in reports retains its sensitivity and restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AgoraLens does not replace professional judgment, editorial standards, or independent verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Futusoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
